Origily

Refund Policy

Last updated: October 3, 2026

Overview

Origily paid plans are billed monthly through Paddle, our merchant of record. This policy explains when you can get your money back. The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

14-day money-back guarantee

If Origily is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund of your first payment on a paid plan within 14 days of that payment.

Renewals and later payments

Monthly renewals are not refunded automatically. If a renewal charges you by surprise, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it as long as you have not used the paid features since the renewal.

Plan changes

When you upgrade, Paddle charges the prorated difference for the rest of the billing period. If you upgraded by mistake, contact us within 7 days and we will reverse it. Downgrades are adjusted by Paddle under its proration rules.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Manage billing in your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charges are made. Cancelling does not refund the current period unless one of the cases above applies.

How to ask for a refund

Write to [CONTACT EMAIL] from the address you used to sign up, or use the contact page. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank, usually a few business days.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the law of your country, including any consumer right to withdraw from a purchase.
