These terms govern your use of Origily, operated by [COMPANY NAME] ([COUNTRY]). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Origily.

The service

Origily provides analytics and attribution tools that show where your users come from and which sources generate customers and revenue. We may change or improve the service over time. We do not guarantee any particular growth, conversion or revenue result.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your password and project keys secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Your project secret key must never be exposed in a browser or public code.

Acceptable use

Do not use Origily to break the law, to collect data without any legal basis or required consent, to attack or overload the service, to attempt to access other customers' data, or to resell the service without our permission.

Your data and your visitors

You own the data you send to Origily. You are responsible for having the notices, consents and legal basis your own visitors require, and for describing your use of Origily in your own privacy policy. See our Privacy Policy for how we process data.

Plans, billing and renewals

Origily offers a free plan and paid plans (currently Pro and Scale) with the limits shown on our pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, which is the seller of record and handles taxes. Paddle's terms also apply to your purchase.

You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy at /refunds.

If a plan limit is reached, we may stop recording new tracked users until the next month or until you upgrade.

Availability

We work to keep Origily available but provide it "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Data shown in dashboards may be delayed or incomplete, for example when visitors block scripts.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put the service or other customers at risk. We will give notice when reasonable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Origily is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY / JURISDICTION]. Disputes will be handled by the courts of [CITY / JURISDICTION], unless the law of your country gives you other rights.
